The widely known berry fruit from Serbia has become its natural brand. Enough reason to organize a celebration in honor of berries, this time in the heart of Belgrade.

The Berry Festival on the Sava promenade hosted producers, companies, experts, representatives of local governments that are known for their "berries" and proud of them, as well as everyone who visits these destinations precisely because of the smell and taste of berries.

It was an opportunity to remind ourselves of the reasons why we have been proud of this fruit for decades, but also to find out how their magnetic attraction can be used for better income and tourism development.

The National Tourism Organization of Serbia supported this festival and on that occasion emphasized the importance of this fruit, autochthonous recipes, but also the complete gastronomic offer for the development of a certain destination. The increasingly popular rural tourism can include berries in any form as an added value - from harvesting in the field, processing and tasting.

With educational and entertainment programs, Belgrade Berry Festival is an event for the whole family. A place where friends meet. A gathering which will be proudly presented to both locals and guests from abroad.
