Serbia from the angle of Spanish ex-pats

How do Spanish people who live in Serbia perceive it? What do they like the most, what do they enjoy the most? A TV show about Spanish ex-pats has just been broadcast on Spanish television.

"Spanish people in the World" is a program that presents destinations around the world through the experience of those who settled in those countries.

Spaniards in Serbia walk the viewers through the history of Belgrade from Kalemegdan Fortress to Saint Sava Temple. They take the audience to the local marketplaces to present the tastes of Serbia that suit them the most, and to traditional restaurants to describe our customs and specialities. In addition to everything that Belgrade has to offer, they single out the trait of living in the city on two rivers - something few cities in the world can boast of.

The audience is also presented with the cultural heritage of Novi Sad, the friends they have made, the families that now carry Serbia in their hearts. This is the case of a Spanish family of 10 from Zajecar that represented eastern Serbia in the best possible way.

In more than 11 years of broadcasting and more than 300 episodes, the crew of the show "Spanish people in the World" visited about 150 countries and 1000 cities. During filming in Serbia, they were helped by the National Tourist Organization of Serbia.
