Around this time of the year, Belgrade is traditionally dedicated to the International Theater Festival. The best way to be in line with the world's modern theater trends is to be surrounded by people who share similar interests.
This year's international festival brings three national and six international productions and is a great opportunity to see Dante's Divine Comedy again which is planned for the very beginning of the event. The Maxim Gorky drama will open the festival officially. His Children of the Sun work is brought by a Slovenian director.
The Belgian Dance Theater Faso will perform at the end of the festival offering a world image governed by paranoia and aggression toward the unknown. The scenes of fear and rage accompanied by music are not something you can see every day. The performance called Wakkat is not just a dance but a way of being offered an opportunity to experience the play in your own way.
