Use this summer break to take your children out of the city to learn something interesting. We suggest visiting a few places for all the family members to enjoy and a lot to see.

• One of the interesting seasonal attractions in Serbia is situated at the exit of Despotovac toward Resava Cave. We are talking about the Model Park with the exhibition of models of medieval Serbian monasteries. Remind yourself of some of our monasteries in Kosovo. It will be easier to explain their long history to kids when standing before a model.

• If your family members like aquariums, pond birds, and turtles, Mali Dunav is the perfect place. You will find out about the fish species in the Danube, sojenica houses, and how prehistoric fishermen used to catch their prey. Enjoy the ambiance, try to fish yourself, and take a cruise along the surrounding ponds.
• How to find out how people lived during the Neolithic period? Head over to StaPARK in Užice, an archaeological settlement where life-sized dolls can be seen as though doing everyday chores. Find out why visitors get puzzled upon entering these ancient cottages.
