History class can begin! After ten years of work, Areheological site Mediana, the seat of the most famous emperor born in Niš, Constantine the Great, has been reopened.
Since its opening, 10,000 visitors have seen the opulence and luxury of his residence, which dates back to the 4th century. Along the way, an unmissable point is a villa with a peristyle that served as a house for rest and enjoyment on the outskirts of the former Naissus. Carefully selected ornaments, mosaics and sculptures contribute to its luxurious appearance.
