Air Serbia and the International Air Transport Association will start testing the so-called digital passport in April.  IATA TRAVEL PASS is a mobile application that will allow passengers to organize their trip following state requirements regarding Covid-19 testing and vaccination.

The first phase will take place on the flights between Belgrade and Zurich and the passengers will be invited to participate.

Passengers will be safely sent their individual data so that they can implement it into the application. IATA TRAVEL PASS will compare travel conditions with the implemented data. Those who meet the requirements will be given a green mark.

Singapore Airlines is the first airline company that tested the application on Singapore-London flights.

The project whose goal is safe travel and safe stay of passengers at the destination is partnered by the Torlak Institute of Virology, Vaccines, and Sera in Belgrade.
