Air Serbia will today begin selling tickets for flights between Kraljevo and Vienna via agencies and Air Serbia Contact Centre. The first flight from the Morava Airport to the Austrian capital will be on 17 December.
“Air Serbia will expand its offer with flights from Kraljevo. Morava Airport will become our third home airport in Serbia, and it will be intended primarily for passengers from Western Serbia and the Šumadija region. After the launch of the Vienna flights, passengers can also expect the introduction of regular flights to Greece. All of those who wish to travel from the Morava Airport can expect traditionally good service at affordable prices,“ stated Duncan Naysmith, CEO of Air Serbia.
The national airline will operate flights from Kraljevo to Vienna and Thessaloniki as the result of a public call for aviation services of public interest held by the Government of Serbia.
The Vienna flights will be available throughout the whole year, two times per week in the winter and three times per week in summer, while the Thessaloniki flights will be seasonal with two flights per week in summer. Air Serbia will operate flights to both destinations from Kraljevo using the regional ATR72 Turboprop aircraft.
