Arsenal Fest is one of the few music festivals that take place in a completely authentic environment, in a unique military-industrial complex in Kragujevac.
The festival got its name from the area where it is organised, the Prince’s Arsenal, which makes it distinct in Serbia and the region.
The site is a complex of 19th-century workshops and halls, while lighting effects and excellent sound give it the appearance of a somewhat mystical industrial building. Because it is so impressive, the Prince’s Arsenal has been used to film movies and music videos in recent years. What is more, visitors often come here to get ideal shots for social media posts.

It is the attractive environment and the mystical atmosphere of the abandoned factory that brought Arsenal Fest quick success and reputation and made it one of the most interesting festivals in this part of Europe.
The festival start was modest, with one stage. Now there are three: the Main Stage, the stage in Zastava garden – the Garden Stage and the most interesting stage for many – Explosive Stage, set up for fans of electronic music in the building of the old church, at the place where the first electric light bulb in Serbia was lit. Arsenal Fest also includes a camping area in the Great Park next to the city stadium, where visitors can pitch their tents, gather and exchange their impressions of the concert.
From the very beginning, the event has gathered fans of rock and pop music and modern musical trends, but also those interested in accompanying content such as film screenings, exhibitions, literary evenings, etc. Due to its importance for the cultural life of Kragujevac, the festival was declared an event of public importance.
Arsenal Fest has hosted the most popular regional musicians, and as it grew, the audience also got the opportunity to enjoy performances by world-famous bands and DJs. Young, lesser-known bands have a special place in the programme and an opportunity to prove their worth.
Be part of the crowd swaying to the good rhythm!
