Located in the central part of the gigantic Ovčar-Kablar Gorge in the West Morava embrace, 17 kilometres from the city of Čačak, Ovčar Banja (Ovčar Spa) is an oasis of peace and health.

The healing thermomineral waters of Ovčar Banja have been used for prevention and treatment from the Roman, medieval and Turkish periods until recent times, their temperatures ranging between 35 and 38 degrees Celsius.

Ovčar Banja is much more than its healing waters. Its exceptional position between the Ovčar and Kablar mountains makes it unique and allows every visitor to enjoy other spa benefits, not only medical ones.

In the summer, Ovčar Banja offers various activities to its visitors, such as concerts and performances, as well as sports events. The regatta deserves a special place among these events, traditionally held every year in July.
