Banjska Stena, Tara (1,065 meters)

Banjska Stena is the viewpoint that is the most frequent on social media, in winter and summer alike. It is not rare that visitors wait in line to take pictures, so the best option is to come early in the morning.

Kozji Kamen, Stara Planina (1,189 meters)

Kablar, Ovčar-Kablar Gorge (885 meters)

One doesn’t have to be an experienced mountaineer to climb the best viewpoints since they are easy to reach. You should only take a hike along the last 800 meters to the top. The climb can get steep but it is worth it.

Ploče, Đerdap (355 meters)

The Ploče viewpoint is another place not to be missed. Ask if boats are available for cruising through the Đerdap Gorge where you can see Trajan’s Board from – up close.

Veliki Vrh, Uvac, Sjenica (1,180 meters)

Veliki Vrh is the popular viewpoint looking over the curving Uvac River. One just has to take pictures for Instagram here. It is a must-do!
